    Join our team as a Program Manager for Allegheny County!  ANR is seeking a professional and self-motivated individual who thrives in a mission-driven environment.  This individual will be responsible forcoordinating quality processes to ensure that the program meets criteria specified under regulations and bulletins.  Supervise staff to ensure quality of program.  Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANR’s mission.

    • Full-time - 40 hours/week

    • Monday – Friday – daylight hours - with required on-call rotation

    • Hyrid position, but mostly remote - creates a great work/life balance!

    • Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate

    • Company vehicles are provided if travel is needed

    • Salary - $52,000/year

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and submit data in a timely manner to ensure program(s) operations are compliant with policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

    • Manage all personnel matters including hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.

    • Maintain good working relationships across departments and programs internally as well as with governmental agencies and community organizations.

    • Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANR’s mission

    • Maintain and utilize working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.

    • Other duties as assigned to achieve the mission of the agency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with people with intellectual disabilities or other disabilities

    • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience

    • Must be currently certified, or willing to complete the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Certified Investigator Training Course.  Must meet all 3-year maintenance requirements and successfully complete recertification when due. ANR pays for these trainings!

    • Maintain strict confidentiality

    • Knowledge of community resources

    • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required

    • Valid PA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

    Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, (ANR) is currently seeking Community Health Workers (CHW) to join our growing team! The open positions are for full-time and part-time. This person will be responsible for providing ongoing assessment, case management, care coordination, and monitoring of the Community To Home (C2H) participants. This person will also be responsible for outreach within their regions to promote the C2H program and stay connected with resources to best serve C2H participants.  

    The Northwest Central Region covers the following counties and the Community Health Worker(s) for this region should reside within the region or a county adjacent:  McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Jefferson, Armstrong, Indiana, Cambria, and Clearfield.

    • Daylight, Monday-Friday

    • Full-time employees must work 40 hours/week.  Part-time employees must work 20 hours/week

    • This position is grant funded (Community to Home Grant) for 3 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years

    • This position will be fully remote.  Great for work/life balance!

    • Travel required within the regions above.  Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate

    • Hourly rate is $21.00/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of consumers to determine needs.

    • Develop a comprehensive service plan for persons determined to be in need of service.

    • Ensure continuity of the services for the consumer and coordinate the services received.

    • Normal office setting with frequent computer work approximately 25% of the time.

    • Travel to community sites, agencies and consumer homes with varying degrees of temperature, humidity and noise approximately 75% of the time in a variety of terrains and weather conditions.

    • Other duties as assigned to fulfill the mission of the agency.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be over the age of 18

    • Must have an associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience.  If no degree, must have 5 years of relevant experience

    • At least 3 years’ experience working in a community setting.

    • Must have a CCHW certification or be able to obtain the certification within one year of employment.

    • Knowledge of resources and demonstrates the ability to access resources in Pennsylvania

    • Maintain strict confidentiality

    • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.
