    Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, (ANR) is currently seeking Community Health Workers (CHW) to join our growing team! The open positions are for full-time and part-time. This person will be responsible for providing ongoing assessment, case management, care coordination, and monitoring of the Community To Home (C2H) participants. This person will also be responsible for outreach within their regions to promote the C2H program and stay connected with resources to best serve C2H participants.  

    The Northwest Central Region covers the following counties and the Community Health Worker(s) for this region should reside within the region or a county adjacent:  McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Jefferson, Armstrong, Indiana, Cambria, and Clearfield.

    • Daylight, Monday-Friday

    • Full-time employees must work 40 hours/week.  Part-time employees must work 20 hours/week

    • This position is grant funded (Community to Home Grant) for 3 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years

    • This position will be fully remote.  Great for work/life balance!

    • Travel required within the regions above.  Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate

    • Hourly rate is $21.00/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of consumers to determine needs.

    • Develop a comprehensive service plan for persons determined to be in need of service.

    • Ensure continuity of the services for the consumer and coordinate the services received.

    • Normal office setting with frequent computer work approximately 25% of the time.

    • Travel to community sites, agencies and consumer homes with varying degrees of temperature, humidity and noise approximately 75% of the time in a variety of terrains and weather conditions.

    • Other duties as assigned to fulfill the mission of the agency.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be over the age of 18

    • Must have an associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience.  If no degree, must have 5 years of relevant experience

    • At least 3 years’ experience working in a community setting.

    • Must have a CCHW certification or be able to obtain the certification within one year of employment.

    • Knowledge of resources and demonstrates the ability to access resources in Pennsylvania

    • Maintain strict confidentiality

    • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.

    • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.  EOE/ADA

    Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator in Butler County!  Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, (ANR) is currently seeking a creative, professional, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a mission-driven environment.  This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of the marketing services of the agency, along with those of Nonprofit Development Corporation and other external organizations.  Work on behalf of all agencies to provide information to the community about the organization’s services, provide information to community organizations regarding services, and create relationships with external organizations for marketing services; event management and project support as needed.

    • Full-time - 40 hours/week

    • Monday – Friday – daylight hours

    • Once successfully trained, this position has hybrid capabilities -  creates a great work/life balance!

    • Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate

    • Company vehicles are provided if travel is needed

    • Hourly Range - $20-$23

    Essential Functions:

    • Coordinate and facilitate communication, marketing, and advertising to enhance and expand the capacity of each of the agencies and other contracted organizations to promote/fulfill their missions.

    • Write and implement marketing plans for entire agencies or specific programs.

    • Coordinate the use of external resources as they pertain to marketing the agencies.

    • Write materials for, and design the layout of, informational and marketing materials.

    • Provide necessary support for identified and assigned projects.

    • Build and maintain websites and manage social media for the agency and contracted organizations.

    • Capture photography for social media, marketing materials, and events.

    • Produce and edit video content, from short form social clips to interview-style videos.

    • Manage the brand of the agencies and contracted organizations.

    • Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

    • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in a marketing role(s)

    • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to represent the agency professionally at events and meetings

    • Ability to write and implement marketing plans for programs or entire agencies

    • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere (or other similar video editing software), Canva, Constant Contact, SquareSpace, Wix, WordPress, and Social Media Platforms

    • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required

    • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
