Teresa Hewitt
Chief Operations Officer

Teresa has been employed since the organization’s inception in 2008. In addition to Compliance, through ANR, Teresa serves as the Chief Operating Officer for two external organizations and is the human resources lead for 17 external organizations. She specializes in human resource direction and oversight, operational and program development, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. Teresa has served as a human resources panelist for the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Butler County program. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree from Gannon University. Teresa also served on the Empowerment Advisory Board through Butler County Community College for seven years.
